V sredo, 7.1. smo na pogovoru na šoli gostili režiserja, scenarista in igralca Jana Cvitkoviča, z njim se bo pogovarjal Robert Černelč.

Redka priložnost za ogled kratkih filmov režiserja bo 13.1.2015 ob 20h na malem odru SNG Nova Gorica. Po ogledu bo pogovor z avtorjem, ki v SNG Nova Gorica ravno pripravlja avtorski projekt Otroci Adama in Eve.

D.I.W.O. art systems: corrections to the dominant yet deficient system and narrative of visual art in Slovenia, 1960–2000

Using the University of Nova Gorica hometown, the bi-national twin-city Nova Gorica/Gorica, as a topical backdrop for this film & animation intensive 2-week workshop, student participants from Norway, Portugal and Slovenia will through production of new audiovisual and multimedia artistic works research cultural comparative aspects of »balancing life on the border«.

Involving four universities from Finland, UK, Lithuania and Slovenia, aided by a company from Slovenia, the project aims at developing entrepreneurial behavior with both staff and students in selected high-tech subject domains of higher education through the use of innovative teaching methods, which encourage university-business cooperation as well as knowledge sharing across national boundaries and subject domains.

A student's opinion on the learning experience in the IDEATE course, revolving around what did they learn from working with students from other countries and disciplines, as well as their suggestions for redesigning the IDEATE course for next year. Besides that, students also gave their opinions on how the IDEATE experience might have affected their personal development, and how it might influence their work-related opportunities.
