Od prijave do vpisa na program Digitalne umetnosti in prakse // Applying to the Digital Arts and Practices Programme

Drugi rok bo odprt 20. - 28. avgusta 2020. Prijave na eVŠ

Da bi se interesenti in prijavljeni kandidati bolje znašli v procesu od prijave do vpisa (oddaja prijave, mape, razgovori, vpis), smo pripravili rokovnik od prijave do vpisa - v galeriji slik (levo) ter tudi v dokumentu o programu DUP (pdf):

  • Oddaja mape do 4. septembra na naslov info.au@ung.si

  • Razgovori bodo potekali med 7. in 18. septembrom 2020 (lokacija: v prostorih Akademije umetnosti UNG, Vipavska 13, Rožna DOlina, Nova Gorica (zemljevid: http://au.ung.si/solamo/kontakt)

Ob vprašanjih glede mape vas vabimo, da ne oklevate z vprašanji v kolikor ste v dvomih. Za kandidate (a tudi za ostale interesente) pa še nekaj pojasnil in povezav (tudi v gornjem dokumentu):

Mapa je sestavljena iz:

  • Portfelj (naj kaže kandidatovo dosedanje delo, njegovo nadarjenost ter stopnjo poznavanja medija/medijev in tehnik. Kandidat ga sestavi po lastnem izboru.)
     
  • Motivacijsko pismo z biografijo (v njem naj kandidat opiše svoje dotedanje dejavnosti tako v izbranem mediju kot tudi izven ter motive, ki jo ali ga vodijo pri izbiri študija in poklicne poti.)
     
  • Mapo naj kandidati v celoti oddajo na elektronskem nosilcu (cd, dvd, USB ključ) - priporočeno (a neobvezno) kot en sam PDF dokument (razen videa, ki naj bo priloga temu dokumentu, vendar označen v pdf-ju) - vključno s podatki o predloženih delih (podatki o avtorju/-ih in delih - leto, tehnika, trajanje v primeru videa itn.). Motivacijsko pismo z biografijo naj kandidati oddajo tudi v natisnjeni obliki. Kandidatom priporočamo, da mapo dodatno pošljejo tudi preko katerega od spletnih ponudnikov prenosa podatkov (npr. dropbox, sendspace, wetransfer ipd.) na e-naslov info.au@ung.si.

Razgovor

Na razgovoru, ki je opravljen v enem dnevu, bomo preverili istovetnost avtorstva predloženih izdelkov, kandidatovo sposobnost dojemanja in izražanja misli ter zrelost za študij.

Opomba: Opravljeni preizkus velja samo za tekoče leto.

Applications to the Digital Arts and Practices Programme 2nd round will be open Aug 20 - 28 2020, for non-EU citizens until Aug 1 - 31. Applied candidates should submit their portfolios until September 4 2020.

To help the candidates in the application process (submitting the application, portfolio, interview, inscription process) you can find a process/schedule table in the picture gallery (left) or in the document about the DUP programme (.pdf):

  • Portfolio submission until September 4 2020 to the e-adress: info.au@ung.si.

  • The interviews will take place between September 7 and 18 at the UNG School of Arts premises (Vipavska 13, 5000 Nova Gorica - map: http://au.ung.si/en/educating/contact#location). Foreign candidates who are not located in Slovenia can be interviewed via skype or similar services.

Assessment of artistic ability includes:

  • The portfolio should illustrate the candidate’s talent as well as the level of knowledge of media and techniques.
     
  • The motivation letter with a biography should show activity of the candidate in and outside of the chosen medium/media and uncover his/her motives in the choice of studies and professional way.
     
  • The materials should be submitted by the candidates on an electronic carrier (cd, dvd, USB) - recommended but obligatory in one single PDF document (except any videos, which should be indexed within the pdf) - including information about the submitted works (information about the author(s) and works: year, technique, duration in case of video etc.). The Motivation letter with a biography should also be submitted printed out. The candidates are advised to send the materials also via web services (eg. dropbox, sendspace, wetransfer) to info.au@ung.si.

Interview

In the interview the authorship of the submitted material shall be proven as well as the candidate’s ability of comprehension and expressing his/her thoughts.


Note: a passed assessment of artistic ability includes for the current academic year.
